Product information management (PIM)

Salsify

Product experience management platform that combines PIM, DAM, a retailer syndication network and digital shelf analytics for brands and retailers.

What it is

Where product data and media are held once and published to every shop, marketplace and feed: attributes, media, variants, channel rules and validation. Not a warehouse system, and usually paired with one rather than replacing it.

Suited to

General e-commerce Wholesale and distribution

How it connects

Its own network does the syndicating: a direct connection to the Amazon Selling Partner API plus a direct API for Amazon A+ content, a named Walmart connection, and dedicated Amazon and Instacart retailer pages. For enterprise systems the App Center says integrations are configured yourself or through a solution partner, with ChannelEngine cited for marketplace expansion.

About this entry

Compiled from publicly available material, principally Salsify's own website and product pages. Vendor websites are edited without notice, prices change and products are renamed or withdrawn, and some sites restrict automated access and could not be read when this entry was produced. The details here may therefore be incomplete or out of date.

Always check Salsify's own website for the authoritative description of the product, its current pricing and its integration support before you make a decision. A listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation. An MCP server means an AI assistant can query the platform through that server; it does not imply any partnership with eCom Clarity, and several are published by third parties rather than the vendor. Salsify's name and logo are its property, shown here only so you can recognise the product; this does not mean Salsify endorses eCom Clarity or has any partnership with us. If this entry is out of date, tell us and we will correct and re-date it. How this directory is compiled.
