My Journey

Hello! I'm Mark Gregory, and my journey in business has been quite the adventure. Starting in 1988 as a lifeguard in the leisure centre industry, I worked my way through various roles, learning valuable lessons about management and customer service along the way.

In 2005, I took a pivotal step into e-commerce by joining XS-Stock. As part of a small but dedicated five-person team, we laid the foundation for what would become XS-Stock.com Ltd. Over the next 18 years, alongside Adrian (the company's Managing Director), we built a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, always staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of e-commerce.

My passion for learning led me to complete a BA Degree in Business Management at UWS in 2022, adding formal academic knowledge to my practical experience. Throughout my career, I've developed expertise in various e-commerce platforms including JShop, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, Eseller Pro (now VOLO), Linnworks, Replyco, and Peoplevox.

What sets me apart is my hands-on experience combined with a deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects of e-commerce. I've successfully managed Amazon Merchant and Vendor Direct Fulfilment, eBay operations, and platforms like OnBuy, Manomano, and DIY.com. My approach blends professional expertise with a genuine enthusiasm for helping businesses thrive in the digital marketplace.
