My E-Commerce Journey So Far!

“Hi there! I’m Mark Gregory, an e-commerce and operations expert with a storied background in the leisure centre industry. My journey began in 1988 as a humble lifeguard, and over the years, I progressed through various positions, ultimately reaching management roles. In 2005, I took a leap of faith and entered the world of e-commerce by joining XS-Stock. Together with a dedicated five-person team, we laid the groundwork for what is now the thriving XS-Stock.com Ltd.

During my 18-year career with XS-Stock.com Ltd, Adrian (the company’s owner and Managing Director) and I have fostered a culture of innovation and forward-thinking. Unafraid of change, we constantly strive for improvement, exploring and mastering various software platforms that are critical to e-commerce success.

In 2022, I furthered my professional growth by completing a BA Degree in Business Management at UWS. This formal education has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the key principles that drive successful business operations and has enhanced my natural aptitude for problem-solving.

My expertise spans an array of e-commerce platforms such as JShop, Big Commerce, Eseller Pro (now VOLO), Linnworks, Replyco, and Peoplevox. I have also successfully navigated collaborations with numerous developers to create bespoke integrations for software packages, ensuring seamless and efficient operations at every level.

As your e-commerce and operations specialist, I bring to the table extensive knowledge of Linnworks, Peoplevox, and Shopify, along with a solid understanding of WordPress and Bigcommerce. I’ve mastered the intricacies of Amazon Merchant and Vendor Direct Fulfilment, eBay, and am well-versed with OnBuy, Manomano, and DIY.com.

My passion for employment law, paired with my academic achievements, sets me apart from others in the field. I’ll attentively listen, discuss, and provide recommendations based on your unique challenges and the areas you want to build, enter, or simply fix. With a combination of wit and professionalism, our collaboration will be both enjoyable and fruitful.

Due to my ongoing commitment to XS-Stock.com Ltd, I am available from 4 pm onwards on weekdays and at all times during weekends. I am eager to embark on this e-commerce adventure with you and help your business soar to new heights.
